We explored ways to reduce the onboarding timeframe and costs while increasing the variety of options available in the marketplace. The focus was on devising a framework that would simplify the partner integration process, making it quicker and more cost-effective.

Proposed Solution
A new framework was implemented to alleviate the hurdles for partners joining the marketplace. This aimed to conserve time and financial resources while diversifying the marketplace. Additionally, the development of mobile mini-apps provided a practical solution for specific customer tasks, encouraging more partners to join.

Conclusion
The new framework resulted in a 100% increase in engagement and a tripling of purchase frequency within three months. This significant improvement demonstrated the framework's effectiveness in fostering a lively and diverse marketplace ecosystem. The introduction of mobile mini-apps further enhanced user experience and partner participation.
